Tuition and Fees

$109 per participant (HCA of New York/Massachusetts/Pennsylvania/Washington/Montana/Florida Members and California agency-based participants)

$149 per participant (all others)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to October 11, 2010 and will be refunded at 100% of tuition and fees paid, less a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be accepted after October 11, 2010. To cancel your attendance, contact Thomas Bow via email at

Deadline for Completion
While there is no official completion deadline, due to space limitations access to the online course cannot be guaranteed beyond 8 months from your course start date.

Continuing Education Hours
All Registered Nurses and Certified Clinical Case Managers will receive 10* continuing education contact hours upon completion of the course.  Partial credit will not be given for partial completion of the course.

No continuing education hours will be given for this course beyond December 31, 2011.

*California licensees will receive 12 CE contact hours, due to differences in how the state of California calculates these hours.
